AUTONICA
SYSTEM COURSE
A Path Toward a Conscious Creative Process in Theatre and Film
Today, acting classes in Moscow are sought not only by actors and creators who want to maintain and develop their professional skills, but also by people who wish to understand themselves more deeply and learn to act and exist in reality — rather than simply play a role. That is why acting courses are increasingly becoming not only a form of training, but also a space for discovering inner freedom.
The Autonica System Course is an intensive practice aimed at exploring the nature of action, deed, attention, and authentic stage and cinematic existence.
Over the course of four months, participants work with impulses, reactions, perception, partner interaction, different types of creative thinking, and processes that arise on the border between the conscious and the unconscious.
The classes are based on the methods of the Autonica system, which allow participants to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms through which stage and cinematic existence emerge, as well as the inner process of the creator.
The course is structured as a sequential process. Through exercises, lectures, home assignments, and research practices, participants move toward an awareness of the ways of existing on stage and on screen.
The course concludes with a training presentation of the completed Autonica stage and the awarding of a certificate of completion.
This course is not only about the profession — it is also about a deeper understanding of the nature of creativity.

The Foundation of the Course
THE AUTONICA SYSTEM
It is an original system for the study of creativity and human existence.
It regards theatre and cinema not as representation, but as spaces for understanding the human being, their inner experience, and their capacity for action.
The system was created by Roman Akimov as the result of nine years of research and is now represented by three books: The Union of Opposites, I Am Nobody — I Am Everything, and Seven Thunders.
At the center of Autonica is not the artistic result, but the living process of human becoming, in which creativity becomes a form of life.
