THE FIRST PUBLIC THEATRE GUILD BEGAN THE PROCESS OF UNITING AND CONSOLIDATING CREATIVE FORCES

  • Uniqueness

The project has no equivalent either in Russia or elsewhere in the world. Its uniqueness lies in its holistic structure of interconnected guilds united by a single artistic process, in the distinctive ethical principles that form the basis of interaction, and in its democratic and open organizational model, where every participant is included in the shared development of the whole. The key foundation of the Guild is the Autonica system, which defines its methodology, internal logic, and direction of the creative process.
  • Development

Participation in the Guild is not limited to classes. The process continues beyond them through elective programs, individual assignments, work within book and arts clubs, analysis, observation, and practice. In this way, the Guild does not seek to form a performer or something perpetually convenient, but a human being capable of thinking, feeling, and acting within the space of art — a creator for whom the process does not end, but becomes a way of existence.
  • Open Environment

The Guild brings together actors, performers, directors, visual artists, choreographers, dancers, thinkers, and those who are only beginning to search for their path. The established principles and rules of the Guild create a common field in which such coexistence becomes possible — without hierarchical pressure or fragmentation. Situations that arise in the process are regarded as part of the work itself and are addressed openly and collectively, allowing the integrity of the environment to be preserved and preventing inner processes from reaching a critical state.
  • Artistic Interaction

Here, every participant becomes part of a shared artistic process. They do not remain in the position of an observer, nor do they merely perform a function. Instead, they enter an artistic field in which their attention, inner experience, choices, actions, and deeds directly influence what unfolds.

The process is structured as a shared movement in which the personal and the collective are not opposed to one another, but mutually strengthen each other. Every participant assumes responsibility for what takes place while simultaneously following their own path of inner and creative development.

Participation requires engagement, honesty, and a willingness to remain within the process until the end. It is precisely this that creates a unique environment in which not only artistic action is born, but also a human being capable of thinking, feeling, and acting in unity with what is happening.
  • Discipline

The Guild is a space of the highest degree of individual and collective discipline.

Here, discipline is not a limitation, but a form of freedom: the ability to remain within the process, not fall out of it, and not replace it with illusions.
  • Teachers and Guild Leaders

GUILDS

The structure of the guilds is built as a system of interconnected directions, each of which serves as an independent point of entry into the artistic process.

CONTEMPORARY STAGE

Since 2026, the First Public Theatre Guild has entered a new experimental format. The artistic process is no longer divided into training and the stage — it now develops in direct interaction with the work of the professional and independent Theatre OM, forming a unified creative space where meetings, classes, and productions become part of one continuous process.

This marks a transition from an educational model to a fully developed artistic environment.

In 2026–2027, public classes and the activities of the guilds will continue. The schedule will be published in the news section.
