Anastasia Blynskaya

A member of the Theatre OM trainee group. She is studying through the Autonica system.

Anastasia is distinguished by an exceptional attentiveness to the process and to people, as well as by deep empathy. She senses the slightest changes in state and the tension that arises in the moment, feeling how meaning begins to reveal itself within it.

Being in an active search for herself, she lives this path as an inner experience — through impulse, overcoming, and awareness. Her movement is connected with a readiness to face difficulty, to encounter emptiness, to find support anew, and to continue moving forward.

She does not become fixed on states. What matters to her is the process itself, in which maturation, expansion, and transformation take place. By making this process sensory and tangible, she gradually translates inner experience into deed.

In the artistic process, what matters to her is not external form, but the inner movement arising here and now. She trusts the process in which impulse, resistance, and choice become part of a single path.

For her, theatre is a threshold space — a place of transition where a person encounters themselves, fear, and choice, and takes a step into the unknown.
